ThermaCELL made the ThermaSCENT Scent Dispenser this past year based on customer requests and comments. Here are a few from last season:

"Yall might have already tried it or heard of it.   I use an empty repellent pad and put doe-in-heat scents on it.  The heat makes the scent really put out.  I have had some good luck with this in the last couple of seasons.  Thanks."

A few hunters tested sample ThermaSCENT units during the fall of 2004. Below are some of their comments:

"Like everyone else, I love my ThermaCell. Also tested a ThermaScent unit that dispenses deer urine this fall. I killed a 150 10-pointer about 5 yards from the unit. Great Products!"

"Opening morning a heavy fog set in. I was setup watching a golden rod field. Temperature was about 42 degrees and a slight breeze at first coming out of the Northwest. I put Code's Blue Doe Estrous on the pad and lit ThermaSCENT up. Put it about 35 yards from my stand. Get into my stand, it's now almost shooting time. The wind starts to pickup and it's like a knife. At about 8:10 I'm about ready to go in and get warmer boots and clothes when I catch some movement about 60 yards away. I know it's a deer, but can't tell if it's a buck or a doe yet. What ever it is, it's coming right towards the ThermaSCENT. Now I can see the rack and he's killable. The big boy turns to the right real close to the ThermaSCENT . As soon as I saw him turn......BANG...right in the shoulder. He dropped and [ended up being a 6 point]."
